Spetchley has been home to my family for over 400 years and successive generations have lovingly collected and planted rare plants from around the world, creating one of the largest private collections of plant varieties outside the major botanical gardens.
We are proud to be a garden for all tastes; our Gardens are not a formal paradise of neatly manicured lawns or beds but rather a wondrous display of plants, shrubs and trees woven into a garden of many rooms and vistas all with a fascinating story to tell. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our treasured garden.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF OUR VISITORS
2015 has proved to be a busy and exciting year at the Gardens. We started with an appearance on The Great British Garden Revival with Carol Klein presenting our wonderful collection of daffodils to the nation, and have ended with our Head Gardener on BBC Midlands Today discussing the effect the unseasonably warm weather is having on the Gardens; who could have predicted we would have daffodils in flower for Christmas.
Whilst we are closed for the winter months we are busily working on several projects to enhance our visitors enjoyment and we will look forward to welcoming you back to the Gardens when we open for the new season on 25th March 2016.
From all at Spetchley Park Gardens, we wish you a very healthy and happy new year.

This beautiful historic garden, surrounded by ancient parkland, deer park and lakes is set in the wonderful Worcestershire countryside with far reaching views to the Malvern Hills. It is a garden that provides the ideal day out for you and your family, allowing you and your children the dream escape from the bustle of everyday life. Our proximity to Worcester, the Malverns and the Cotswolds makes us the ideal attraction for groups.
The stunning 30 acre garden, with the Bath Stone Georgian mansion as a backdrop, provides a unique venue for your wedding reception, civil ceremony, or partnership.
There is more to Spetchley than just a garden. It can also be used for corporate hospitality, promotional and photographic shoots and filming.
There is also a wonderful tea room, where you can buy a light lunch or full, traditional afternoon tea. We hope you enjoy your visit to Spetchley and thank you for taking time to look at our website.
