| This page is intended to show what we do on the Spetchley Estate, which has been in the Berkeley Family ownership since 1606. From time to time we will highlight here properties to let, Estate produce and Estate specific news. The Berkeley & Spetchley Estates are jointly managed and the main office is based in Berkeley, although the Estate Office at Spetchley is manned 3 days a week. |

| The Spetchley Estate has a number of properties and these become available to let from time to time. Our portfolio includes residential properties from cottages to large country houses, commercial properties including offices and workshops and agricultural properties from small paddocks to whole farms. For residential properties we will send you an application form for you to fill in and return so that you can be included on our waiting list. |

| VENISON The Venison Season is now closed. We do have a quantity of frozen venison sausages and burgers for sale please call between 10am-4pm on 01453 810 303. The new Vension season will start in August. |
